Low-Profile Earcups for proper fit with common
ballistic helmets talk-thru headset combines the most
sophisticated surround sound listening electronics with
a new slim-line profile cup design. Both headsets have
dual ear-cup microphones to let wearers hear ambient
sounds 360’ along with the capability to suppress gunshots
and other high impact noises. Cup microphones provide t
alkthru listening capability. Electronics will instantaneously
suppress harmful impact noises to 82 dBA inside the earcups,
while amplifying up to 18 dB ambient noises/voices.
Same ambient listening capabilities as the COMTAC ACH external
sound is amplified for situational awareness waterproof battery
housing design.
