A durable and reliable trigger mechanism is a basic prerequisite
for a successful sniper rifle upgrade.
The commonly supplied mechanism is sufficient for the
base springs.
However, the use of a stronger spring significantly increases the
probability of its damage.
And this, unfortunately, does not shy away from those made of
cheap metal alloys.
Only a steel machined mechanism can ensure the greatest durability.
The CNC trigger mechanism AirsoftPro is loosely based on the
PDI mechanism, but the internal arrangement is closer to the
original Well mechanisms.
Own technical solutions and parts were also developed.
For example, trigger design, bearing mounting, spring location, etc.
The decision to inspire with the original Well mechanisms is purely
expedient, because the basic and most stressed three parts:
catch, tilting lever and mandrel strut can also be used for the
original trigger mechanisms manufactured by Well.
Below are the basic character traits:
The body is made by machining on precision CNC machines from light but durable aluminum alloy 6061-T6.
Aluminum parts with a quality anodized surface.
The piston catch, lever and mandrel are made of steel and hardened to a hardness of HRC48-55.
The top of the trigger is equipped with a ball bearing for a smoother press of the trigger.
Axes of internal parts made of stainless steel.
A pair of double torsion springs reliably returns the catch to its initial position.
Composed of 26 separate parts.
Tested on springs up to M190.

The set was designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic. The manufacturer's partial technical solutions are protected!
The mechanism allows the use of an original fuse from a rifle - a novelty in the second generation from 05/2015
This high-quality trigger mechanism is designed for Well MB01, MB04, MB05, MB08, MB14 ..etc sniper rifles with a classic 90-degree piston grip . It can be used both on the original cylinder with a piston and on reinforced upgrade parts of AirsoftPro. Not suitable for rifles with oblique, 45-degree piston grip, such as MB02, MB03, MB06, MB07, MB10, Bar10, VSR10, MA44xx series, .... etc. Also not applicable for M24.
