From the outside, the X1 is a replica of a futuristic carbine based on the popular M4/M16 design. X1 has been very carefully made of high-quality materials , thanks to which the model is very compact, durable and well-balanced . The body, front ris, barrel and flash hider are made of aluminum alloy , the rear belt clip and internal components are made of steel . The ergonomic pistol grip is made of plastic .
The heart of the replica is the G.Box gas system . The innovative APS system is powered by CO2 . The system is very economical, one capsule placed in the magazine is enough for about 60 shots. The entire system was contained within the dimensions of the Tokyo Marui V2 Gearbox . According to the manufacturer, the system is compatible with other replicas based on the M4/M16 design in the Tokyo Marui standard. Thanks to the shortened piston path, the replica retained a strong recoil, high rate of fire and a functioning bolt-catch mechanism, despite its small dimensions and steel components. The hop up system of the replica is based on a VSR bucking .
