With the WE950, Wei-ETech is launching another so-called pocket pistol with a gas blow-back firing system.
The original model of the Wei-ETech WE950 airsoft replica is the sharp Model 950 from a well-known
Italian weapon manufacturer.
The Real Steel pistol was manufactured in different calibers from 1952 to 2003.
Due to its size with an overall length of only approx. 120 mm, the pistol is ideal for undercover investigators,
police officers or people who are permitted to carry a concealed firearm for self-defense.
The semi-automatic pistol was manufactured in factories in Italy, Brazil and the USA.
The pistol was also used in some well-known spy films.
With its very short dimensions, this airsoft replica from Wei-ETech is one of the smallest airsoft pistols with
a semi-automatic gas blow-back shooting system on the market.
The full metal Airsoft replica in caliber 6mm bb is of course true to scale and therefore also comes in the
Airsoft version with original dimensions.
The replica by Wei-ETech is the later version of the original pistol with the abbreviation "BS" and the
external trigger safety as it was manufactured from 1968.
Previous models had no safety lever, resulting in several accidents with cocked pistols.
Of course, the fuse is also fully functional with our Airsoft version from Wei-ETech.
The surface of the pistol has a beautiful, faithful finish.
Except for very few small parts and the grip shells, the entire pistol is made of metal.
The handle scales made of black composite plastic with a metal Wei-ETech logo are the same design on both sides. The pistol can therefore be used by left and right hand shooters.
The drop barrel trigger, safety lever and magazine release are like the original, but only on the left side.
All levers work on the airsoft model like on the original pistol.
The barrel can therefore be folded forward via the break-open trigger and a 6mm bb round ball can be
loaded directly into the barrel.
When the magazine is empty, the slide is held at the rear of the magazine.
The trigger safety can be inserted both in the cocked and in the decocked state.
Last but not least, the disassembly of the slide from the pistol frame is based on the original.
A really successful airsoft replica of the handy self-defense pistol, which is also very interesting for collectors
despite the lack of original markings.
The functionality of the Wei-ETech WE950 pistol is similar to that of the original.
First insert a loaded magazine, then pull the slide backwards.
Now the gun is ready to fire.
If the trigger is pulled, thanks to the gas-blow-back shot system, the metal slide is moved backwards and
forwards with each shot, just like in a real pistol.
This results in a true-to-original feeling of shooting, since there is also a metallic sound when shooting.
If the magazine is empty, the slide stops at the back like in a real pistol and is pushed forward after the
magazine is removed.
After inserting a new or loaded magazine, the pistol must be cocked again in order to be able to continue shooting.
The very well processed GBB Gas Blow Back model also has an adjustable hop-up system.
Up to 8 6mm bb round balls can be loaded into the removable magazine.
