An ultralight polymer AEG replica of the Belgian light machine gun adopted by the United States Armed Forces and many other armies and special units around the world. This LMG was the standard automatic weapon of the troops in the War in Afghanistan and Iraq as the main fire support for the infantry squads.
The Sports Line series by ST Armament has a receiver, handguard and a fixed stock made of polymer, while the 20-inch detachable barrel assembly is metal, thanks to which the replica weighs only 3.5 kg. The replica is equipped with a Picatinny mount rail on the top of the receiver cover for the red dot sights or scopes, 3 mount rails on the handguard for tactical flashlight, laser target pointer or tactical vertical grip. Additional elements include a metal carry handle, a safety fire button (SAFE ON, SAFE OFF) and a folding bipod.
The internal mechanism is a metal V.2 gearbox with a quick change spring system, steel gears mounted on 8mm bearings, a rotary Hop-Up chamber and a 500mm long inner barrel with a diameter of 6.03mm. The M249 SAW airsoft gun has an automatic fire mode, which is perfect for firing in short bursts.
The set includes a 300rd STANAG-type magazine, but you can buy apart an electric box magazine for the M249 to be seen with code: STMAG35-GWR
