CNC airsoft gearbox
Remade and upgraded CNC gearbox from Retro ARMS with
new suffix "7075 series".
Gearbox for airsoft machine gun M249 and PKM is completely
milled at CNC machining center. Compared to other aluminium
gearboxes, our is made out of solid block of aluminium
AW EN7075 T651. It is not casted like Chinese brand ones!
Tested wit M160 spring without any signs off wear or breaking.
It is recognizably reinforced all over. Gearbox's surface is
decoratively anodized.
Both halves fit together with absolute precision including
bearing holes, which are 100% co-axial.
It's made with slots for 8mm bearings.
Gearbox is equipped with quick spring change system - QSC.
Standard spring guide can be used.
Gearbox can be equipped with standard Hop Up Chamber.
Accurate hole for Anti-Reversal Latch - it doesn't fall out
Micro grooves on pin, which holds tappet plate
spring - springs doesn't jump out.
Package includes 1 x gearbox for M249/M60 and strength
screws.
Gearbox comes with lifetime guarantee against cracking.
It doesn't relate to breaking caused by misused parts, e.g.
improper cylinder head.
Gearbox installation requires technical knowledge and skills.
