The MK2 aluminum receivers feature a modern \u003cbr\u003e\r\ndesign with a stamped KRYTAC logo and includes an \u003cbr\u003e\r\nintegrated enlarged trigger guard. An originally designed \u003cbr\u003e\r\nDEFIANCE pistol grip enhances the rifle’s comfort and grip. \u003cbr\u003e\r\nAdditional features, ambidextrous fire selector and a locking \u003cbr\u003e\r\nbolt that provides easy access to the KRYTAC rotary hop-up \u003cbr\u003e\r\nsystem. The KRYTAC rotary hop-up has 15 adjustment settings \u003cbr\u003e\r\nand a numbered adjustment wheel for a quick reference point \u003cbr\u003e\r\nto determine how much hop is needed. Also, the gearbox \u003cbr\u003e\r\nshell features a small window on the left side where lubrication \u003cbr\u003e\r\ncan be applied directly to the gears or piston, this window is also \u003cbr\u003e\r\nconvenient for inspecting the angle of engagement with the \u003cbr\u003e\r\ngearbox fully assembled. Additional gearbox features include a \u003cbr\u003e\r\nmodular spring guide system that will allow the spring to be \u003cbr\u003e\r\nchanged without completely disassembling the gearbox. \u003cbr\u003e\r\nThe KRYTAC piston is made of a durable, lightweight polymer \u003cbr\u003e\r\nand features 4 metal teeth, with the 2nd to last tooth absent. \u003cbr\u003e\r\nThe Cylinder head is padded with an enlarged rubber bumper \u003cbr\u003e\r\nto optimize the angle of engagement and to absorb energy from \u003cbr\u003e\r\nthe impact of the piston assembly.
