Belgian FNC, Fabrique Nationale Carabine.
Assault rifle developed between 1975 and 1977 for NATO standardization tests.
The goal was to construct a more cost-effective alternative to the M16 rifle.
The FNC was based on the FNC 76 prototype, which evolved from the commercially unsuccessful FN CAL rifle.
Due to its inadequate performance, which was due to overly rapid development, the prototype was quickly withdrawn from NATO competition.
The FNC was ultimately adopted by the Belgian armed forces in 1989 and replaced all previously used FN FAL rifles.
Prior to this, a small number of tests lasting several years had been conducted with the airborne troops.
The rifle was produced from 1979 until 2024 and is still in service with many militaries around the world today.
With this GBBR FNC airsoft replica, VFC is expanding its already impressive range of licensed and precisely reproduced classic rifles with another very interesting model.
This visually striking rifle is a true to original airsoft replica, which, thanks to its license
from FN Herstal,
Features all the original markings.
As you would expect from a premium manufacturer like VFC, the logos and lettering
are engraved or milled into the respective material with exceptional finesse and precision.
The replica also features a robust gas blowback firing system based on VFC's latest GBB technology.
All internal components are therefore made of high quality steel.
This FNC replica delivers a particularly realistic impression. As expected, the flash hider
of the airsoft replica was recreated in the original design from solid steel and fits
precisely on the multi part outer barrel.
The front section of the outer barrel is also made of steel, while the section under the handguard is made of aluminum.
VFC also opted for a sturdy steel construction for the decorative gas tube and grenade sight.
Aluminum was chosen for the fixed front sight with elevation adjustment.
Handguard is made of visually authentic reinforced composite plastic and features decorative metal heat shields inside.
The handguard can, of course, be removed and optionally replaced with original parts
via the metal clip at the front.
In front of the handguard is a steel sling mount for attaching a sling.
The precise fit and high quality manufacturing standards typical of VFC are, of course, clearly evident in this replica as well.
VFC relies on a combination of different metal parts for the main receiver.
While the upper receiver is made of steel, the lower receiver is made of solid aluminum.
Both receiver components impress with their precise manufacturing and fit together seamlessly.
Integrated into the upper receiver is the FNC's signature laterally adjustable sight
with two selectable reticles.
To further increase the level of detail, the original FN markings and the caliber
are deeply engraved into the material.
VFC also incorporated a consecutive serial number, makingso each replica unique.
Furthermore, thi GBBR airsoft replica includes numerous steel parts made
of solid material and coated in matching colors.
These include the slide stop lever with magazine catch, the trigger guard and
trigger, the fire selector lever, and various pins.
VFC placed great emphasis on the authenticity of the fittings during production and reproduced them with great detail.
Last but not least, the grip on the underside is a true to scale replica of the original
made of attractive composite plastic.
At the rear of the rifle is the striking, side folding stock, made of robust aluminum.
This solid stock can be folded in or out as needed using the locking button.
The specially designed butt plate with its textured pattern ensures
a secure and stable fit.
Two integrated eyelets also allow for the attachment of a carrying strap.
As with other current VFC airsoft replicas, many of the internal components
relevant to the firing mechanism are
Made of reliable steel:
this ensures high reliability when firing and simultaneously makes the rifle even
more realistic.
Thanks to the gas blowback firing system, the bolt moves backward and forward
when firing.
Due to the heavy weight and size of the bolt, the VFC FN Herstal FNC has a t
ruly impressive recoil,
which is felt in the shooter's shoulder.
The accompanying metallic sound is also present and, in combination, ensures
a very realistic shooting experience.
As with the live FNC, all parts of the airsoft version with the gas blowback system
are functional:
Cocking lever:
must be pulled completely before shooting.
Fire selector lever:
safety and semi automatic firing function can be engaged:
position 3 / A is by now also semi-automatic.
The adjustable Hop Up system is located in front of the magazine well on
the underside of the rifle and can be quickly
and easily adjusted from the outside using the included VFC adjustment wrench.
This replica is compatible with all VFC M4 / M16 gas magazines but only in
the current Version 3 version.
30bb Low Cap Magazine.
Possible Version 3 additional 30bb gas magazine is to be seen and bought
